What data I process and why

Data you send through the contact form or by email (name, email, phone, business and your message) is used only to answer your enquiry and, if we reach an agreement, to prepare and manage the quote or service.

Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps or the performance of a contract.

How long I keep it

As long as needed to handle your enquiry. If no business relationship follows, it is deleted within one year at most. For clients, for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

Recipients

I don't share your data with third parties unless legally required. I use technical providers (web hosting and email delivery) acting as data processors with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict or port your data by writing to mail@davidtor.es. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
